As a safe and clean establishment, please read and follow these our clinic procedures that are put in place for ultimate safety for our clients and staff.
Waivers
An electronic health & liability waiver will have to be acknowledge, signed and dated before EVERY type of appointment.
Personal Items
Please note that we are not responsible for stolen or lost items in our premises. We ask that you keep your personal items with you at all times.
Arrive on time
Please arrive on time. If you run late and this impacts our next client, we will have to shorten your appointment time so that it doesn't influence the appointment of our following client.
booking
A credit card number IS required to secure your booking. If you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 24hours notice, we will charge you a fee of 50$.
feeling sick?
If you have any cold symptoms, or anything close to COVID19 symptoms, we love you, but PLEASE reschedule your appointment as we will be forced to turn you around for another appointment date
Cancellation Pattern Policy
At Meta Esthétique, we’re deeply committed to your skin’s transformation—and that requires consistency. Clients who cancel or reschedule more than 3 consecutive appointments may be asked to pause or discontinue their treatment program until they are ready to fully commit. This is not to penalize, but to ensure that both your investment and our expertise deliver the results you came for. We totally understand that life happens! But beautiful skin doesn’t happen by chance—it happens by appointment.
