We’re Hiring a Spa Concierge (7 weeks contract)  to Work the Front Desk at our Established Growing Skin Clinic.

Here at Meta Esthétique, we are looking for a spa concierge with impeccable communication skills who is confident, reliable, has great attention to detail, and loves working with people.

Meta Esthétique offers fully customized skin care services so that our guests can look and feel their best, and age gracefully.

REQUIREMENTS
Among other things, your responsibilities will include:

• Checking clients in and out of their services

• Must be bilingual (French and English)

• Answering phones to book appointments and handle guest requests

• Offering retail options

• Social media skills

• Overseeing facility maintenance in accordance to standards

• Coordinate facility schedules to maximize usage and efficiency of the spa

• Love the beauty industry

The position requires:

• Impeccable written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

• Bilingual (français + english) 

• Warm and professional appearance and demeanor

• Positive energy

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through

• Outgoing, go-getter personality

The ideal candidate will be:
