We are searching for someone to provide our customers with efficient and friendly services ranging from waxing, tinting, and facial services. You need a minimum of 3 years working in the industry. We will train you on everything you need to do in order to be successful in this position.
To excel in this position, you should be a self-starter and highly customer service-oriented. You’ll be responsible for selling products, checking clients in and out, as well as providing services, turning the room over, and keeping the clinic clean.
We’re seeking an outgoing, customer service-oriented, team player person to join the Meta Esthétique team for a part-time to a full-time position. Must be open to working evenings and weekends. Must be comfortable in a small intimate setting, working with a small group of people.
When fully booked, you may see anywhere between 6+ clients a day. We very much focus on quality vs quantity. There is a 90-day probationary period where you will be thoroughly trained on how to perform all Meta Esthétique services before working on clients. In these first 90 days, you will also be trained on our amazing skincare line and how to educate clients on the best products for their skin.
You will be trained on how to work and operate the front desk duties and assist as support staff to the other coworkers working during your shift.
Greet customers upon arrival and guide them through our list of products and services
Perform services with a professional and non-judgmental attitude
Offer upgrades and retail that improve the client experience, and cross reference other services.
Answer the phone, texts, social media messages
Occasionally represent Meta Esthétique on social media (going live, posting to stories, etc)
Participate in continuing education programs and staff meetings
Check out and rebook guests
Deep clean and support fellow team members when not working on clients
Assist with client paperwork, filing, and other administrative tasks when appropriate
Qualifications and Skills:
MUST be bilingual (français and english)
Must be able to follow directions and be a self-starter
Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
Exceptional customer service skills
Keen attention to detail
Ability to manage time well and prioritize work
Comfortable with technology and social media
Able to suggest and sell products based on specific client needs.
Hours: Tuesdays 10:30am-6pm, Thursdays 1pm to 6pm, Fridays 10:30am to 3pm, and Saturdays 10am to 3pm.
Pay structure: Hourly + Tips, and profit shares.
