Alternative options to having a facelift

So many new and exciting things come as we get older:  we get to be more wise about life, most people are semi-retired or fully retired, mortgages are finally paid,  etc. However, the dark side offers less positive experiences as well: hormonal imbalance, less energy, the people in your entourage seem to be dropping like flies and on top of that, collagen depletion! At some point in time, fine lines appear more and more, wrinkles are deeper and our skin is starting to look saggy. Why? Well, that’s age my friend. Unfortunately, we ALL have to go through this process whether we like it or not. The question is, is it something that really bothers you? Do you want to do something about it, but aren’t ready to go under the knife? Thankfully, we have lots of options today (yay technology!) We have worked over the years with two of the following procedures, and have tremendous results with them:

For sagging skin, target treatments to stimulate your own collagen and elastin cells:

Skin Tightening in the main procedure that will give you this option. This treatment comfortably reverses the signs of aging without downtime. It uses bi-polar radio-frequency and light energies that heat the dermal tissue, stimulating collagen production within the target area. Fine lines are reduced & facial contours are improved.

Does it hurt? : It’s a gentle & comfortable treatment and your skin will look great after the treatment – no downtime! It’s suitable for most skin types as well and there are no contradictions with sun exposure (although you might want to stay out of the sun or at least protect your skin from it, UV rays are super harmful and they accelerate the aging process!)

How many treatments are required?: Depending on various factors,  3 to 5 treatments are recommended, 4 to 6 weeks apart.

For texture, as well as fine wrinkles: Sublative treatments work very well:

These types of treatments will have some downtime, as they are a little bit more invasive that skin tightening.

Sublative™ fractionated bi-polar radio frequency technology places the heat energy effectively into the upper dermis where it can produce a significant increase in both collagen and elastin with minimal epidermal disruption. (Also known as EMatrix)

Impressive results.
Sublative® treatments provide the results you desire without the worry of more invasive procedures. Sublative penetrates more deeply than creams and peels, and addresses your skin’s overall tone and texture more effectively than injectables. And while results with more invasive procedures may be dramatic, few are willing to incur the cost or risk. Sublative restores a youthful glow and smooths the texture of the skin without the pain and downtime associated with a needle or a knife.

Sublative® works differently.
Sublative is neither laser- nor light-based. Instead, this one-of-a-kind technology uses fractionated bi-polar radio frequency (RF), precisely directed to the skin in the form of a matrix. Healthy skin around the matrix dots accelerates the healing process. Post treatment, new collagen and healthy skin cells are produced, reducing acne scars, mild to moderate wrinkles and superficial skin discolorations while creating smoother and more elastic skin texture.

Always keep in mind that these types of treatments need accumulated sessions in order to achieve the results. You will not get the full potential by only doing one. Patience and dedication is key here.
